Day Three.....

Day three of our cruise was a lot of fun! It was the first formal night! There was a captain's ball where we danced the night away and did some drinking.
Mark and I hung out in the hot tub on the boat. It was amazing and the view was even better! It was surrounded by windows and we could watch the beautiful ocean outside.... Perfect....

Eiffel Tower

I am obssssseeeeessssseeeeddd with the Eiffel Tower!!!!! Wow Wow Wee Wow!

Day Two....

Paris was my favorite stop of the entire trip! I completely fell in LOVE with the city and was already planning a trip back the minute we stepped off the train! It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I didn't expect the Eiffel Tower to be soooooo beautiful! I guess I just imagined it as a tower of metal.... It has the most BEAUTIFUL designs all over it! It made me just want to make out with my new husband over and over! ... wait... I did.. :)
I fell in love.....
If I wasn't already married, I would marry the Eiffel Tower
The Pope was coming to Notre Dame the day we were in Paris. It was cool to see all the security. Mark and I actually got through security so that we could get closer to Notre Dame.. :) As you can see from the picture, the security guards were not holding back with whom the frisked... even nuns! :)
The Bakers in front of Notre Dame
* *B*E*A*U*T*I*F*U*L* * *

This is the closest I came to the Pope... haha
We all sat in a cafe in Paris... It was Dad's favorite part... It was ammmmaaaazzzziiiinnnnnnggg! Sipping wine and looking at Notre Dame..... Love them....
This is one of my FAVORITE PICTURES from Paris!! :) You might be able to tell why... haha
Yeah for CREPES in PARIS!!!
There were screens set up outside Notre Dame so that people could see the Pope.. Apparently the Pope looks like a giant rainbow....
Mark made phone calls at every telephone booth we saw on our trip! It was a fun little game we played and now we have cute pictures of him making silly fake phone calls everywhere we went!

The Disposable Toothbrush.....

I am going to upload at least one video per day of the trip.... This one is from London... It was sooooo funny. The bus stopped so that people could go to the bathroom. When Mark was using the "pot," he saw a machine where he could buy a disposable toothbrush. So he bought one and made me try it. He knew I would.. And I did. He took a video of it. I willingly took it because I was gross and hadn't brushed my teeth since we left Indianapolis a day and a half earlier. While I was trying to figure out what was going on with the nasty thing that I was chomping on, the tour guide came up and asked if I was "being naughty...." Kind of, I guess.... She had a good laugh at me for actually trying one of the disposable toothbrushes that she merely saw in the machines in the bathroom and never bought...

Apparently, disposable toothbrushes in London are the equivalent of the Frutti Tutti flavored condoms at American gas stations. They are cheap and easy, but no one would really buy one unless they were REALLY DESPERATE....

Day Uno

We flew from Indianapolis to London..... about eight hours.... London is rainy and kind of like America.... I'm not really okay with going to an area overseas where everyone speaks English. BORING.... either way, it WAS beautiful....
This is London Bridge! Lame, right?!?!?!?!?!??!
Big Ben…. Apparently, it’s a bell and not a clock… You learn something EVERY DAY!
Iraq War Protestors….
The London Eye is the huge ferris wheel in London. The rotating bolt in the middle? Made in the Czech Republic! REPRESENT! WOOT WOOT!
Westminster Abbey= beautiful!!!
Buckingham Palace… Ever heard of it?

Mark and I were standing at the bus stop in London… One of the stops was called Baker Street! That’s us!
At Harrods, a ritzy department store in London… There is a nice memorial to Princess Diana and Dotie there. Sorry. I don’t know how to spell the guy’s name…. I am also aware that the answer is a google away…. This proves my laziness…..

On the rainy London streets….
We weren’t sure what the handles on the bus were for, but this was our guess…..

Song

Oh, I also have to add that there are two reasons for the song that comes up when you read my blog… ACDC You Shook Me All Night Long…. One…. For you, Rachel…. Two… For you, Piano Man from Boat… ((Story to come….))

*hehehe*

Let me start off by saying we made out at the Eiffel Tower and The Leaning Tower of Pisa….and everywhere in between….. HEY… we are allowed to! We are newlyweds! Don’t you think it would be weirder if we DIDN’T!??!?!

MmMmMmMmMm …

Baker Kisses……

AND....I'm BAaaaaaCk!! :)

Wow. So0o0o0o much updating to do. Mark and I just returned from the MOST AMAZING TWO WEEKS OF TRAVELING EVER!!!! I cannot wait to blog all about it! Alright, take a deep breath… breathe….. inhale…. Let’s begin… J
