Birthday Celebrations…..

Today is Mark’s sister, Sarah’s, 23rd birthday! To celebrate, Mark and I invited Sarah and her husband, Jeff to a new casino near Indy! The horse races are also there! It is the same place where Mark and I lost big a couple weeks ago! Anyhoo, we are stoked to have them up and I’ve been cleaning all day today (about two hours of real exertion) to make our humble abode look amazing. Happy birthday, Sarah! Let’s get this party started!

Lets do something fun!

The other day, Mark came home and said, "Lets do something fun!"..... So we went to the horse races in Shelbyville... They have them all summer long! And with $2 bets, we had a BLAST for $20 for FOUR HOURS!!!!

Unfortunately we lost.... all of them....
And this is how I took out my agression on the ticket.....

There is a casino at Indiana Downs, also! It was so much fun! We are going back this Saturday for my sister in law (Sarah's) birthday!

Go 5!!! ... It was between 5 and 1...... those were the ones we wanted to choose.... we ended up going with five... that horse's odds were 6 to 1....

Surprise Birthday!!!!

Happy 50th, Tammy!!!

Mark, Sarah, Jeff, and I planned a surprise 50th birthday party for their Mom's 50th birthday!

We told her we were taking her to lunch to Olive Garden, because I was craving the salad. Then we told her we had to stop by my friend's house to drop something off. She lives by Collett Park. I was sitting in the back seat of the car. Tammy had to get out to let me out... Then Mark told her just to stay out of the car. She got all confused and then looked to the shelter that Mark was pointing at. Then everyone yelled SURPRISE and started singing Happy Birthday... It was amazing!!!

Sarah worked hard on the grill... okay, this was a photo op... it was all her husband... :)
