Tuesday's Gratitude Journal: Peer Pressure
So this weekend we are going to Budapest, Hungary. I have seen pictures of this city and they are absolutely amazing! I cannot wait. While there, we are going to visit the Spas. This is going to require a bathing suit... ((and no camera, I am warned by my new friends! haha*)) In order to feel a little more confident in my bathing suit around all these gorgeous European girls, Brandon, Rachel, and I are working out... a lot... We are running every morning and also doing abs and butt exercises at night. We are going to try to do this every day until Greece (next week). Hopefully by that time it will be very easy for us and we will want to keep doing it. :) Last night we all met in Rachel's room to work out....again...We were all very sore but didn't want to let the group down... So we all did it... Afterwards we were talking and realized how important it is for us to work out as a group! haha* The group keeps me going and I hope to look just like Giesele (Victoria's Secret Model) very soon! haha*

I got my blog page set up, thanks to you!
It's great that you guys are getting in so much exercise. My new years resolution this year was to be in good enough shape in 2009 to run a full marathon. So far, the training has not begun. Ha ha. I should have taken into consideration the fact that I am very lazy, before setting such a crazy goal.
Peer pressure is a good thing... I talked to Grandma last night to be sure she was going to exercise this am at Rose-Hulman. She said she was....and I said I would see her there. This am, neither of us WANTED to get up and exercise, but we both DID it- because we couldn't let the other one down!! Happy exercising- and good luck to you too, Lauren!!!
it's definitly true... sometimes I HATE waking up at 5am to go run with the guys but i know they are expecting me and I don't want to let them down... if you want to get in good exercise, working out in a group is definitly a GREAT IDEA :)
Love you sister!
