I'm trying to eat as much 'local' cuisine as possible when I travel to places. Goulash is a really big deal here. I have gotten it a lot. It seems to be different no matter where I am.... A group of us went to a restaurant in Budapest, Hungary for lunch, and I ordered the Goulash soup. ((Regular goulash is comparable to beef stew and the soup is similar to Veggie Soup)) Mine came with an unexpected surprise! It was a little pot over a fire! IT was really good (and fresh and HOT!) but I loved the little fire!
